Summary of the Role: We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in delivering high end events including exhibitions and conferences. As a creative thinker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional private and corporate events, researching venues, 3rd party supplier research and sourcing, create proposals, create and manage budgets, logistics and scheduling and ensuring outstanding customer service. This is a very varied role where proactivity and creative thinking are essential. As a small business, teamwork and flexibility are essential. Events may include conferences, award ceremonies, exhibitions, experiential, private parties, weddings, family fun days, and more and you must have the ability to spin many plates across multiple clients. Main Responsibilities/Duties: Manage your own clients and events from start to finish including conceptions, proposals and budgets. Support the wider team during planning execution and onsite support for live events. Collaborate closely with the team and clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored event solutions. Source quotes from suppliers, input into budgets, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Source and propose suitable venues in line with client needs. Research and propose suitable events and exhibitions for client participation, enhancing brand visibility. Create comprehensive proposals aligned with client strategies, objectives and budgets. Maintain up-to-date project and event statuses, ensuring effective communication internally and externally. Support with event registration with GDPR compliance on behalf of clients. Prepare clear schedules and running orders for team, supplier and client reference. Perform general office administration tasks as needed. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in live events planning, delivery, or management, in an agency setting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative thinking skills, offering innovative ideas aligned with client and business goals. Passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with project management systems. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
