The role involves engaging in conversations to understand customer needs, providing information about our savings range, products, and services. You will help customers review their circumstances and goals while delivering a straightforward, helpful service that showcases your enthusiasm and professionalism.
Our branches are central to our communities, but we also support customers online and via our contact centre, ensuring we meet customers' needs at relevant times. You will be the friendly face and voice of Skipton, acting as a listener, problem solver, and knowledgeable advisor to help them achieve their financial goals.

What Will You Be Doing?
1. Be the First Point of Contact: Welcome customers warmly, creating positive first impressions.
2. Engage and Understand: Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Listen and Tailor Solutions: Offer personalized solutions based on individual circumstances.
4. Proactive Outreach: Reach out to customers by phone to identify needs and discuss support options.
5. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer records up-to-date, with attention to vulnerable customers.
6. Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies, standards, and controls, supported by training and coaching.
What Do We Need From You?
* Experience interacting with customers, from banking, retail, food & beverage, guest services, health/care sectors, or similar fields.
* The ability to work well with others and handle a variety of customer interactions efficiently.
* Desire to grow, adapt, and support business priorities.
What Is In It For You?
