● Maintain accurate records and databases.
● Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
● Coordinate day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a friendly, professional manner at all times.

● An excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, with confidence to engage at all levels.
● Motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude.
● Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team player.
● Experienced in a busy office environment, ideally within education or a similar setting (desirable but not essential).
● Able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
