Job Description
We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as Full Time & Part-Time Care Professionals. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide companionship and emotional support
2. Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
3. Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
4. Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
5. Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
6. Monitor and report on client well-being
What We’re Looking For
7. A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
10. A genuine passion for helping others

What We Offer
12. £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
13. Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
14. Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
15. Free DBS check
