The Role
You will manage a broad Employment caseload, including:
* Advising employers and senior employees on contracts, policies, restructures and day-to-day HR issues
* Handling disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements
* Acting on Employment Tribunal and High Court matters, liaising with counsel where required
* Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the team
* Working closely with clients and building long-term professional relationships

About You
* Solicitor or Associate with 3+ PQE in Employment law
* Confident managing your own matters and building client relationships
* Strong technical knowledge of employment law and practical application
* Professional, proactive and client-focused
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
* Collaborative, team-player attitude with a commercial mindset
