Our market leading client, based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Client Services Account Representative to deal with calls, emails, instant messages and various administration tasks. The successful Client Services Account Representative will have proven experience of working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. They will be problem solving and solutions focussed with a positive approach to working with others. The Role: Ensuring the timely integration of new content ingestion. Deal with calls, using empathy and active listening skills to ensure issues are dealt with to a satisfactory resolution. Use of an email management, ticketing system to prioritise and respond to customer queries in a timely manner. Maintain up to date and accurate knowledge on the full range of the services, to be able to advise clients appropriately. Attend events as appropriate. Client training on systems where appropriate. The Right Candidate: Good administrative skills. Able to prioritise your workload and use initiative. Excellent telephone etiquette. Flexibility is critical - adaptability to frequent change. Good levels of literacy and numeracy. Hybrid working offered: 4 days in office - 1 day work from home. 37.5 hour working week: Mon - Fri.
