We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing professionals to work within Early Years settings across South and South East London, including mainstream primary schools and nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage in their development while working in welcoming and supportive environments.
The Role:
* Supporting children aged 0–5 in nursery and reception classes
* Assisting with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and educational development
* Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other practitioners
Requirements:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
* Experience working with young children in schools or nursery settings
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
