Role Overview Join the Wireless Logic Adventure: We’re looking for an analytical, detail-focused, and people-minded HR Data and Systems Analyst to join our Group HR team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of HR Operations & Integration by helping to manage and improve our HR systems, data, and reporting processes. This includes ensuring the accuracy of global HR data, supporting local HR teams, contributing to ESG and DEI reporting, and assisting with system enhancements and process improvements. If you love technology, data, and the idea of making HR operations smarter and more efficient, this role will give you the exposure and mentorship to grow into an HR Systems, Operations, or Analytics specialist. Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities): Employee Experience & HR Process Support Support the Head of HR Ops & Integration in maintaining accurate, engaging, and people-friendly digital HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from point of engagement to offboarding across Group. Help review and update workflows to ensure HR systems reflect a consistent and connected employee experience. Maintain and update system-driven templates, forms, and guides to keep them aligned with Group policies and tone of voice. Assist in collecting and tracking employee feedback on HR systems and digital touchpoints, collating from various sources such as hiring and exit interviews and engagement surveys. Internal Communications & People PR Take ownership of the collation, design, editing, and distribution of the monthly internal HR/People newsletter Help maintain a calendar of all significant HR-related internal communications and events to ensure smooth delivery and prevent communication overload. Engagement & Data Insights Support Head of HR Operations and Integration with the coordination and administration of employee engagement surveys, ensuring data is accurate and shared effectively with stakeholders via appropriate report creation through dashboards or visual summaries. Help compile and analyse survey results to feed into engagement plans and HR initiatives. HR Systems Administration Act as a support superuser along with the Head of HR Operations and Integration across the Group’s HR systems, assisting with user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing. Help with system upgrades, integrations, and rollouts, ensuring a smooth user experience. Maintain accurate documentation, FAQs, and training resources for HR and employees. Monitor data accuracy and integrity across HR systems (core HR, payroll, benefits, learning, ATS). Support initiatives to automate and streamline HR workflows and processes across all HR systems. HR Data, Reporting & Analytics Rockstar Support the creation of regular HR reports and dashboards covering things like headcount, turnover, diversity, learning, and engagement metrics. Ensure HR data accuracy through regular audits, reconciliations, and data cleansing. Support the creation of monthly and quarterly reports for HR leadership, MDs, and Board reviews. Help identify trends and insights from HR data to support strategic decision-making. Help pull together the data and insights into one consistently branded and worded report for all senior management meetings. HR Data & Systems Administration Support local HR administrators where needed to carry out their day-to-day HR activities effectively — including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and paper-based), preparing employment contracts and documentation, managing onboarding and induction processes, and processing employee changes such as promotions, transfers, or terminations. Track and manage HR documentation, contracts, HR files, and records in compliance with data protection requirements (e.g. GDPR). Ensure acquired businesses are maintaining accurate electronic personnel records and documentation. Assist with global onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes, ensuring systems reflect changes promptly. Coordinate with regional or local HR teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain consistency across Group entities. Compliance, Audit & Risk Support HR audits across systems and processes, helping to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas. Assist with maintaining and tracking the HR risk register and related actions. Support compliance in all HR data processes, ensuring GDPR and information security standards are met. Help document and update HR policies, workflows, and processes as required. M&A and Investor Support Support the onboarding of new acquisitions into Group HR systems and processes. Assist with data collection, validation, and migration during integration phases. Maintain tracking documentation to ensure all systems and records are up-to-date and aligned post-acquisition. Ensure the right data and insight is reported on for Head of HR Operations and Integration to submit for investor review. ESG, DEI & Wellbeing – Showcasing Our Success Support the Head of HR Ops & Integration in gathering and reporting social and ESG data across DEI, wellbeing, and community initiatives. Help maintain a calendar of global inclusion and wellbeing events, ensuring activity is recorded and shared across regions. Assist in compiling ESG and DEI metrics for leadership reports and external submissions. Gather data and content to support award entries and recognition for our people and culture programs. Help pull together content for the Head of HR Operations and Integration as needed, to be put into the regular global newsletter Projects & Process Improvement Participate in system improvement projects, migrations, and automation initiatives. Support testing (UAT)and documentation during system updates or module rollouts. Help communicate system or process changes across the HR community. Suggest ideas to enhance efficiency, data quality, or user experience within HR operations. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration Partner with local country HR, and Group functions such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B to provide system and data support. Help manage vendor tickets, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. Support relationships with external service providers, maintaining records of contracts and system updates. The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills): You don’t need a degree — just a strong curiosity about HR data, comfort working with spreadsheets or systems, and a desire to grow your skills Experience in a data, systems, or analytics role. Ideally have hands-on experience with a HRIS platforms (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle, ADP, or similar). Data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau), with an interest in further developing skills in this area. Understanding of the importance of HR processes and employee lifecycle data. Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ESG concepts preferred. Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into insights and actions. Passion for continuous improvement and employee experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
