The Role
* Offline CNC programming using Hypermill
* Producing made‑to‑order and some batch components
* Working with aluminium parts for the automotive & powerplant sector
* Using engineering inspection equipment (Verniers, gauges, dial gauges etc.)
* Hitting daily production and quality targets
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years recent CNC Programming experience
* Must have Hypermill offline programming experience
* Strong eye for detail & confidence using inspection tools
* Ability to read engineering instructions and maintain clear production records
* No formal qualifications required – just proven skill and experience!
Hours & Pay
* Up to £38,000 per year (negotiable for exceptional experience)
* 4‑day week – Monday to Thursday
* 6am - 3:45pm (39 hours)
* Overtime: Time & ½ after 40 hours
