More detail about the role Our Radiographers work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and efficient patient focused care. As a band six you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Interventional radiology or Fluoroscopy list, as well as supervising support staff and student radiographers. You will also be required to work at our Community Diagnostic centre which delivers the majority of out outpatient Fluoroscopy services.

The successful applicant will be required to take part in the Interventional Radiology on call system which provides 24/7, 365 days emergency cover. The department supports extended practice and role development and you will be encouraged to work in innovative ways to benefit the patient and the team. As part of this role it would be expected that you undertake some extended imaging roles after a period of initial training. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9-5 some extended days may be required to accommodate the working hours of the Hybrid theatre.
