Location: Warrington Background check required: None Closing Date: 20 May 2024 We're looking for a Framework Director to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, based within a commutable distance if the clients offices in Warrington. Location: Warrington, Cheshire Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities As Framework Director you'll lead a large-scale 'Integrated Enterprise' of critical importance to our client. The Framework will be new to AMP8 Programme of works, which is expected to be greater than any previous AMP, with nearly half of the programme associated with resolving Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs). It's also dominated by a large number of wastewater treatment plants upgrades, chemical removal projects, bio-resource enhancements, reservoir compliance projects, bathing water and also potential water trading investment. Your day to day will include: Developing strategy and plans for mobilisation of the Framework including resource and supply chain management. Providing overall leadership and direction for the Framework, ensuring it meets all objectives within budget, schedule, and quality constraints. Managing overall framework budget and track all expenditures with strict accountability. Overseeing the procurement process for all equipment, materials, and services, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulations. Leading and developing a diverse team, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring all deliverables are met. What are we looking for? This role of Framework Director is great for you if you have: Have a proven track record of Leading similar Frameworks or large Projects, preferably in the water industry. Degree qualified in a related field, you'll have extensive experience across infrastructure project including water treatment and wastewater treatment works Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory requirements.
