We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover sick calls and annual leave for various organisations across Cambridge. Key Details:
* Availability: Early morning calls from 7 AM
* Shift Patterns: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts available too
* Location: Various organisations across Cambridge
* Parking: All sites offer on-site parking
* Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
* Greet visitors with a warm smile
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks
* Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
