Typical Responsibilties
* Assist with weekly and monthly payroll, inputting payroll data and balancing weekly reports to tight deadlines.
* Assist with payroll enquiries in a timely manner
* Monitoring staff absences from timesheets and updating the HR systems with holidays and sickness
* Managing paper Personnel filing system including regular filing and retrieval of documentation.
* Processing of monthly expenses ensuring compliance with vat regulations and ensuring correct calculation of expenses and mileage.
* Updating staff details as requested.
* Assist with security clearances and other ad-hoc HR duties as requested such as processing salary increases.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role.
