We're looking for a Regional Grounds & Estates Manager to join our team, where you’ll be leading the delivery of our Grounds and Estates services across the region.
With extensive experience in Grounds Maintenance, Communal Cleaning, or a similar service environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operational programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With the confidence to challenge, the ability to motivate teams, and the drive to push continuous improvement, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping a service our customers can feel proud of.
Drawing on your operational leadership skills, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting Supervisors and Co‑ordinators across the region, ensuring daily and seasonal work programmes run smoothly. You’ll monitor performance, carry out inspections, review KPIs, and ensure our services meet financial, contractual, and quality expectations. You’ll also manage a significant regional budget, working closely with Finance and senior colleagues to forecast, review and control spend.
You’ll foster strong relationships across the business, as well as with contractors delivering specialist services on our behalf and ensuring work is safe, compliant, and adds value for money. Taking ownership of customer feedback, escalated complaints and Ombudsman cases, you’ll use insight to shape improvements and strengthen the customer experience.
In this role, Health & Safety awareness is essential. You’ll ensure all work meets relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice, staying up to date with any changes and ensuring your teams do the same.
