The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated BI Developer to join our team at HealthTrust Europe. As a BI Developer, you will focus on building our new reporting portfolio required to support business transformation (Jaggaer Implementation) and 2030 growth objectives. You will also assist in maintaining and enhancing existing BI dashboards and reports to support the ongoing and evolving operational BAU needs of the HTE business, including operational KPIs, commercial opportunity analysis, MI, and more, for both internal and external stakeholders.
The role offers the opportunity to further develop core BI skills across front‑end visualisations, data modelling, and data preparation/wrangling across the Fabric/PowerBI and Tableau platforms. Working as part of a wider ‘Data & Insight’ team, you will build knowledge of the Healthtrust business and gain experience invaluable to delivering optimal commercial reports and insights.
Duties
* Be the main resource in building and maintaining new Jaggaer reporting in Tableau.
* Serve as 2nd line support for the PowerBI portfolio of reports and dashboards.
* Work through an ongoing backlog of enhancement requests and fixes to dashboards and reports, managed through an internal Salesforce casework system.
* Engage in project‑based work to support the development of new reporting capabilities and outputs.
* Create and modify visualisations and data models in Power BI and Excel, translating structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.
* Interface with key data sources via the Fabric Platform, data files (Excel, CSV, etc.) and SharePoint.
* Handle analytical cases, from simple to advanced, by learning our datasets and collaborating with stakeholders.
* Provide commercial partnering and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Data visualisation using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
* Basic data manipulation, such as cleansing or standardisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Deliver accurate work in line with requirements.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
