Responsibilities:
* Chasing payments from a diverse range of customers, from sole traders to large corporations.
* Adjusting communication tone depending on the customer.
* Negotiating payment plans and emailing corporate accounts teams.
* Assisting in clearing short-term backlog within the credit team.
Requirements:
* Experience in a credit control role.
* Good phone manner - confident but respectful.
* Ability to manage your workload independently.
* Willingness to work on-site a few days a week (hybrid).
