Hours of Work: part time (15 hours a week), fixed term (6 months), office hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday to Friday (schedule to be agreed with successful candidate). As a Student Support Officer, you will be a key point of contact for students, providing essential support across welfare, engagement, administration, and partnership liaison. Your role will involve assisting with student wellbeing initiatives, managing attendance, supporting academic processes, and fostering strong relationships with our university partner to ensure a seamless student-facing experience.
