This is a hands-on role – 30% supervising and 70% picking orders and driving the FLT. Warehouse Supervisors duties Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods to maximize output and efficiency. Manage Staff: Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse employees, ensuring they meet performance standards and safety regulations.
