Technical Business Analyst - Delegated Underwriting Authority
Location: London (hybrid - 2 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £120,000 + full package

About the Company:
Our client is an industry-leading InsurTech organisation delivering large-scale transformation and implementation programmes for Lloyd’s and London Market insurers.
They specialise in modernising underwriting, claims, and delegated authority platforms for some of the most recognised names in the market.
The Role:
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Delegated Underwriting Technical Business Analyst to support key digital transformation initiatives across the Delegated Authority and Bordereaux Management landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on delegated authority projects.
* Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for delegated underwriting workflows.
* Work across bordereaux automation, data integration, and reporting solutions.
* Partner with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
* Produce clear functional and technical documentation supporting system implementation.
* Support UAT and release cycles, ensuring successful delivery into live environments.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst within the Lloyd’s or London Market.
* Strong understanding of Delegated Authority, Bordereaux Management, or Coverholder processes.
* Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) or Underwriting Workbench platforms.
* Confident working with data and integrations (SQL / APIs / configuration logic beneficial).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical teams.
