Iconic Resourcing is proud to be working exclusively with Grant Westfield, the team behind the innovative Multipanel® brand, to appoint their next HR Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit HR team in a successful and growing manufacturing business. Working onsite at their Edinburgh HQ, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for HR advice, employee relations and day-to-day operations – while also contributing to key projects designed to shape a positive and forward-thinking workplace culture.
What you’ll be doing:
• Advising managers and employees on a range of HR matters in line with company policies
• Supporting and managing employee relations casework, including formal meetings
• Leading on absence management (short- and long-term)
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity alongside the HR Administrator
• Overseeing payroll administration using the ADP platform
• Assisting with Learning & Development initiatives and policy reviews
• Playing a key role in annual HR processes such as salary reviews and employee engagement
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role, including hands-on ER casework
• Confident, calm communicator – able to build relationships at all levels
• Proactive, well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred
• CIPD qualified or working towards it (desirable, not essential)
Why join Grant Westfield?
This is a team that truly values flexibility, collaboration and rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in. The HR function is small, so team fit is everything. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, including covering key tasks when team members are off, and encouraged to bring your ideas to the table.
The business has an ambitious people strategy driven by recent Great Place to Work survey feedback, and there are opportunities to get involved in exciting HR initiatives around employee communication, L&D, and continuous improvement.
