What You'll Do:
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
2. Undertake new business activities & find new prospective clients.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Account Manager within the IT sector – working for an MSP or VAR.
2. Candidates need to come with a book of customers & hit the ground running.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
