We are currently recruiting for a reputable law firm based in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
They’re looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience working within litigation or dispute resolution who is eager to develop their skills and grow within the company.
Typical duties would include:
* Assisting with civil and commercial litigation matters from case opening to conclusion.
* Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court forms.
* Conducting legal research and preparing briefs for solicitors and counsel.
* Managing case files, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are accurately filed.
* Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders as required.
The successful candidate:
* At least 6 months’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
