As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Operations Assistant to join our vibrant and fast-paced Sales and Marketing team.
The Role
This hands-on, varied role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment. Supporting our senior commercial team, you’ll combine strong Excel skills — updating tender documents, pricing files, and contracts — with practical, day-to-day team support. From prepping meeting rooms and coordinating fittings to unpacking deliveries, assisting photoshoots, and running errands, you’ll be an essential part of our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager.
* Update and manage tender documents, pricing files, and sales templates using Excel.
* Assist with contract updates, document formatting, and proofreading.
* Provide hands-on support with fittings, sample deliveries, and showroom prep.
* Unpack and organise deliveries for photoshoots and events.
* Help set up and support wellbeing initiatives and internal meetings.
* Coordinate and prepare logistics for photoshoots, including sample packing.
* Run occasional errands to support smooth team operations.
* Assist with general sales and marketing administration and coordination.
About You
* Proven experience supporting teams in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in apparel, fashion, or creative industries preferred; alternatively, experience managing critical paths in product-focused roles.
* Confident and advanced Excel skills — formatting, updating, creating templates, and editing contracts/tenders.
* Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
* Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
* Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
* Comfortable working full-time on-site in a practical, hands-on role.
