A prestigious US law firm is seeking a Funds Associate to join its highly regarded Private Equity / Funds practice in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a lean, dynamic team on a wide range of fund formation and investment transactions, including real estate, venture capital, private equity, and secondaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising fund sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters.
* Supporting on secondaries, co-investments, and related transactional work.
* Working closely with Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked partners on high-profile, cross-border matters.
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You:
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or Australia / New Zealand).
* 2+ PQE
* Strong experience in funds, private equity, or investment management.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
* A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in the funds space.
