What You’ll Do Create Opportunities (Not Just Take Orders) Call and follow up with: Existing TELUS customers Renewal and upgrade opportunities Internet-eligible households Previous quotes and missed opportunities Track your activity and results This is part of the role — and where top reps separate themselves Win In-Store Greet customers with confidence and energy Understand their needs and recommend complete solutions Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet Take control of the sale from start to finish Maximize Every Sale Introduce TELUS Internet where it fits Present accessories and protection every time Deliver more value for the customer — and more commission for you Compensation Base wage uncapped commission Earn on: Activations & renewals TELUS Internet (priority focus) Accessories & protection Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500 Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000 Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000 The difference? Effort and follow-up directly impact your income. Telecom experience is an asset — but not required for the right person. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.
