Senior Support Worker – Lowestoft £14.39 ph. Typical shifts are: Mon - Sun 7am-3pm; 3pm-10pm.

Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day supervision and management of the supported living service in Lowestoft, in partnership with the Manager
* Allocate shifts and book in training
* Induct new colleagues and support with supervision
* Order medication and support people to manage their finances
* Support people to gain more independence in their daily lives
* Maintain a welcoming and friendly service environment with a dynamic team
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
