A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor at Senior or Principal Associate level to join its growing Business Services team. The firm advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to established corporates, on complex and varied commercial matters. Advise on a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters
Draft and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements and standard terms
Provide advice on intellectual property, IT, data protection, franchising, and consumer law
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial law
Strong technical ability and sound commercial judgement
