As part of this Contractors continued customer focused offering, they are looking to strengthen their team in Leeds with the appointment of an 'Aftercare Coordinator'. The role, will play a pivotal part in their commitment to ensuring a positive experience for both their clients and end users, following project completion, ensuring a smooth handover and aftercare process is delivered across the business.
As Aftercare Coordinator, you will act as a central point of contact for all aftercare queries coordinating responses between project teams, internal departments and clients, to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Job Role:
* Provide efficient and effective co-ordination of the Aftercare function across the Group.
* Log and track defects on Aftercare software.
* Co-ordinate workload of existing Regional Aftercare Managers.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, end users and key subcontractors.
* Ensure Aftercare department fully implements and complies with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and track defects periods for projects and assist in co-ordinating defects response at end of rectification periods.
* Ensure defects notifications are addressed within timescales specified in project contractual documentation.
* Inconjunction with Regional Aftercare Managers, Identify type and priority of defect to categorise response time.
