Salary: £23,587 to £31,702 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st December 2025
We’re seeking a Community Warden to cover the local March and surrounding regions and work alongside colleagues from across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring all communal areas are maintained to a high standard and compliant with Clarion’s policy and procedure on managing estates.
You’ll action instructions identified in Fire Risk Assessments, ensuring these are completed in a timely manner to meet compliance standards, keep accurate records of estate inspections, including scoring the standards of estates services contractors and ensure performance measures are achieved.
You’ll also regularly liaise with Customer Support and Housing Teams, to ensure correct processes are raised to address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, e.g. untidy gardens, pest issues or fly tips.
