My client, based in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Immigration Team on a permanent basis.

* Salary up to £26,000 dependant on experience
* Hours - Monday – Thursday 09:00am to 17:30pm and Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities
* Draft and review legal documents
* Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information
* Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies
* Research and review immigration laws and regulations
* Organise case files and maintain the firms case management system
* Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake
Skills & Experience required
* 2 years’ experience working in immigration law either as a Paralegal or Newly qualified solicitor.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as LexisNexis or Westlaw
* Have a passion for immigration law
* Willing to be office based
