Legal Recruitment Consultant - Entry level or Experienced hire

We are seeking someone who is highly credible and personable and enjoys meeting people and forging long term client and candidate relationships.
You must be confident & comfortable meeting clients from the Legal profession, attending networking events & demonstrate a genuine interest in getting to know people & the sector as a whole.
You need to be self-motivated and highly organised, able to quickly pivot from one matter to another and be able to retain lots of market information.

The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates
Attending networking events
Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
Contribute to the development and growth of the business
