Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices. The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Senior Analyst will spearhead the management of the control inventory and contribute to risk management and reporting projects within Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, and suggest informed recommendations. A key focus of the department is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business insights. In addition, the Enterprise Services Governance and Risk Reporting Senior Analyst will engage in activities to ensure Enterprise Services leadership have insights into key risks within the organization, through projects aligned with defined milestones while delivering high-quality and timely results. Your Primary Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the control inventory for Enterprise Services and act a as a key governance contact through quarterly testing Contribute to risk management initiatives to drive operational excellence and risk reduction for Enterprise Services Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issue resolution Continuously seek and suggest strategies for process and service improvements and present information clearly to targeted audience ensuring engagement and buy-in. Manage workload effectively, balancing competing priorities while adhering to procedures, metrics, and critical timeframes. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication driven by a dynamic, agile approach to resolution. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Collaborates well within and across teams. Communicates openly with team members and others. Works with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy. Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work.
