About the Role
AgileOne is seeking an experienced and strategic Client Services Manager (CSM) to oversee operations for one of our most critical accounts - a global leader in professional services. This is a key managerial role, responsible for ensuring the success of the AgileOne Supplier Management and Technology Suite, driving programme excellence, and fostering high-performing teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead complex workforce initiatives, and serve as the linchpin between AgileOne, the client, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate must be able to commute to London on a regular basis, particularly during the initial 4–6 months of the role, to support on-site collaboration, ensure seamless onboarding, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end contingent workforce programme, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.
* Act as the primary liaison for the client, driving alignment on workforce strategy and operational goals.
* Lead the implementation of AgileOne technology, policies, and processes to achieve client objectives.
* Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Client Services Professionals.
* Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
* Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for team members.
* Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal AgileOne teams.
* Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of AgileOne’s technology and processes.
* Actively identify opportunities to expand AgileOne’s service footprint and deliver value to the client.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of programme data within SAP Fieldglass, maintaining compliance with all policies and legal standards.
* Provide insightful reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
* Proactively resolve operational challenges and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client-specific policies.
* Oversee supplier contracts and manage supplier performance.
* Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and resolution of any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or on-site operations.
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-value, complex accounts.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms.
* Strong understanding of UK labour laws, employment regulations, and workforce compliance.
* Experience working with Fortune 500/1000 clients, preferably in a professional services setting.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic workforce plans.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
