Corporate Receptionist
Our client, based in Victoria is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board and provide a professional seamless service internally and externally. You will work alongside one other receptionist playing a pivotal role in providing a professional welcome to the London Office. The role is fast paced dealing with high profile clients.

* Global organisation, privately owned

* Hours – 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday – office based
\t
* Lunch provided – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
\t
* Working for the client direct
Key duties:
\t
* Welcoming all visitors to the London Office in a professional and warm manner, and notifying relevant contacts.
\t
* Liaising with catering team regarding refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are all stocked correctly.
\t
* Handling the main switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages where appropriate.
\t
* Dealing with couriers, deliveries, and taxis.
\t
* Handling invoices and processing.
\t
* Manage meeting rooms (10) with videoconference bookings, liaising with IT for set up.
\t
* Maintain a tidy front of reception area at all times.
\t
* Assist catering team during busy periods.
\t
* Provide EA’s with overflow of admin – booking travel, processing expenses, and event preparation.
\t
* Maintain and update Reception manual.
\t
* Support with onboarding and training of temporary staff.
\t
* Liaising with ground floor reception.
\t
* Working with facilities and building management regarding any maintenance issues.
The ideal candidate:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\t
* At least five years previous experience within a fast paced corporate environment.
\t
* Ability to be discreet at all times.
\t
* Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to contribute.
\t
* Hard working and reliable.
\t
* Real team player and happy to pitch in and help wherever required.
\t
* Confident in dealing with senior executives.
\t
* Proficient in MS office, especially outlook.
\t
* Happy to be in the office five days per week.
