A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Uppingham area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The chef is looking for a chef with strong pastry skills as you will run that section.
