Warehouse Details
The warehouse, constructed in 2019, spans 50,000 sq ft and features 8,000 state-of-the-art pallet spaces, with capacity to double.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in daily warehouse operations, including picking and dispatching customer orders.
* Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
* Adhere to high health and safety standards.
* Meet targets and standards set by Warehouse Supervisors.
* Communicate effectively with Warehouse Supervisors.
* Be adaptable and flexible in your approach.
* Perform reasonable requests from Supervisors.
* Follow the 4 STEP Rule.
* Respect company property and stock.
* Perform regular light, medium, and heavy lifting tasks.
* Pay attention to detail and demonstrate good numeracy skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.

Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent.
Benefits
Income Protection: 75% of salary less state benefits. Post-probation, eligible to join the pension scheme with 3% employer contribution and a minimum 5% employee contribution.
