Security Business Manager at Sizewell C
Sizewell C is supporting Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050, alongside renewables. Our teams operate with a flexible hybrid working approach, equipped with full IT support for remote work.
We are seeking a Security Business Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will support the Head of Security in managing all business operations related to site security at Sizewell C. You will collaborate across the SZC Programme to ensure security services align with project milestones, budgets, and compliance obligations, delivering value and operational excellence.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in business management within large, complex, regulated organizations.
* Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and assurance practices.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with UK regulatory security frameworks and national security requirements (e.g., National Protective Security Authority, National Cyber Security Centre, Nuclear Industries Security Regulations).
Desirable:
* Experience in the nuclear or energy sector.
* Professional qualification in project or business management.
Job Details
Location: London with travel as required (hybrid working).
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
