About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner/Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. This role may involve night shifts depending on service requirements.
What Will You Be Doing
* Work with the staff team across all levels to safeguard the young adults and adults we support.
* Participate in a wide range of innovative and recreational events within the home and wider community.
* Assist with practical tasks relating to care, such as cooking and cleaning.
* Create positive relationships with the people we support, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
* Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the individuals.
* Maintain accurate and clear record keeping and review changing needs.
* Contribute to the development of the team.

* Resilient with confidence to ask for support as needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
