1. You will be expected to plan and deliver exceptional teaching which will assist students to achieve excellent results, on Level 3 Equine courses;
2. You will inspire students to appreciate and enjoy Equine Management instilling in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding. You will be required to have experience in delivering practical Equine Husbandry skills and specialisms in Equine Science and Management related topics.
3. You will be a personal tutor, advising and guiding individuals in their progress, success and career aspirations during group and 1:1 tutorials.
4. You will be responsible for the undertaking of assessments, marking and monitoring learner progress.
About You
5. You will be willing to complete a teaching qualification, if not already qualified
6. You will have a degree or equivalent in relevant subject area
7. Ideally, you will hold a minimum qualification of BHS Stage 2 Teach, but Stage 3 Coach / BHSAI preferable
8. You will demonstrate the ability to be a highly motivated lecturer, with experience of providing tutorial support to students being advantageous
9. Desirably, you will be a holder of the A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent) and V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent)
