Employment Details
Full-time, permanent contract with guaranteed hours. Salary: £13.30 – £14.10 per hour (dependent on experience and driving hours).

* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive as essential for this role
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high‑quality care
Required Criteria
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to own vehicle
* Ability to travel within service area
* Relevant care experience (preferred)
* Good communication skills
Desired Criteria
Previous experience in domiciliary care, knowledge of statutory care standards, and a caring, reliable attitude.
Additional Information
All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
