We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Birmingham-based law firm seeking a Civil Solicitor with experience across general civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload involving landlord & tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation.
- Provide clear, effective advice and represent clients in court or settlement negotiations.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years PQE in Civil Litigation.
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
