Job Description
Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
Role Overview:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling administrative duties, client care letters, and assisting in the legal process.
* Managing communication via email and phone with clients, estate agents, and third parties.
* Conducting ID, AML and other compliance checks.
* Drafting standard documentation and correspondence.
* Providing essential support in exchanging contracts and facilitating transaction completions.
