Job Description
An award‑winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy is searching for an experienced, client‑facing MRICS Project Manager to join their project management team based near Camden Town.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the full lifecycle of cladding remediation works within the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
* Manage schemes with contract values ranging from £5m to £45m, working under the JCT contract.
* Grow and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project progress.
* Support Senior Project Managers with challenges faced during project lifecycles.
* Report weekly to the Project Director on project progress.
* Run multiple projects simultaneously and attend weekly client meetings.
* Ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience working for a UK construction consultancy.
* Proven experience delivering cladding remediation works.
* MRICS chartered or actively working towards chartership.
* Relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry (ideal).
* Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
