Location: Hyde, South Manchester
Salary: £21,500–£27,500 DOE + £10,000–£20,000 commission potential in year one

What You'll Do
Support Senior Recruitment Consultants by sourcing top talent for global businesses
Proactively find candidates using our database, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Manage the entire candidate journey from first contact through to placement
Handle key administrative tasks such as CV formatting, interview coordination, advert posting and calendar management
What we're looking for
Experience working in a recruitment role is essential (ideally within an agency setting).
A proactive, detail-focused mindset
Strong computer proficiency with a keen eye for detail
Confidence using digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRMs)
Strong organisational skills
