* Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.
* Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
* Upselling items when serving.
* Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
* Taking beverage and food out with care.
* Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timings of food delivery are running smoothly.
* Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
* Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.
