We are looking for Leisure Receptionists to work within our Sports & Leisure Team who will ensure that our guests get the best possible experience when using our facilities- which include a host of water-based activities, our fabulous aqua park, our wonderful pools, our bike hire fleet and our fun adventure golf.
The role requires a professional, but outgoing approach, always accompanied with enthusiasm and a passion to deliver fantastic guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing
8. Enthusiastically engaging with our guests, providing an awesome guest facing service.
9. You will be working as part of a team, with your main responsibilities being the booking of all the available activities for our guests, assisting guests with enquiries.
10. Ensuring our Leisure Desk areas are tidy, presentable and welcoming.
Specific requirements of successful candidate:
11. Highly proficient in communication skills and experience in a guest facing environment.
12. A friendly, calm, genuine and warm nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
