The role
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. To assist with the development and progression of our internal staff, including Trainers, Training Team Leaders and support staff.
Day to day, you’ll Identify, develop, plan and deliver suitable training solutions to enhance the customer experience within a training environment by coaching and developing our people.
1. Play a proactive role in the on-boarding and induction process for all new staff
2. Develop and produce ideas for the development of our internal training team
3. Monitoring of training requirements with tracking to ensure refresher expiry dates for formal qualifications are not breached
This role is a full-time permanent position and will be based at Beckton and offers hybrid working from home arrangements.
Essential experience of the Training Coordinator:
4. Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
5. Highly organised and methodical.
6. Motivated by personal development.
Qualifications for the Training Coordinator:
7. Evidence of CPD in the area of L&D or related discipline Award in Education and Training (Level 3) or qualified by experience.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
