Job Type: Fixed Term, Part-time (8 hours)

Role Overview

You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.


Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring a memorable experience
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house cleanliness and organisation
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches
* Follow all FatFace policies and procedures
* Adhere to GDPR procedures at all times

* Maintain operational standards across deliveries, visual merchandising, health and safety, housekeeping, and stock management


Experience

* Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Positive attitude and proactive mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
* Team-oriented and good time management
