What you'll be doing
* Guiding customers through the full sales process, from first enquiry to handover
* Taking customers out on test drives and matching them to the right vehicle
* Talking through finance, insurance, and aftersales options with honesty and clarity
* Filming walkarounds and short videos for YouTube and social media
* Staying organised and keeping on top of admin and CRM tasks
* Working closely with the team to hit sales targets and celebrate wins
* Completing FCA training – we'll make sure you're fully supported and compliant when discussing regulated products like finance and insurance
What you'll need
* Confidence and presence – people enjoy dealing with you
* Real people skills – you can read customers, listen properly, and build trust
* Organisation and focus – details matter to you
* A clean UK driving licence
* Comfortable with technology – CRMs, finance platforms, social media, and being on camera
* Car sales experience is a bonus, but strong sales experience in another sector will also be considered. You need to be able to prove you can sell.
