A high-performing grammar school in Poole is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Biology Teacher to join a thriving Science Faculty from September 2025.
About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and dynamic teacher who can deliver engaging, challenging, and inspiring Biology lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, contributing to a well-resourced department with a strong track record of academic excellence and student progression into STEM fields.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS and have a relevant degree in Biology or a related field
* Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning in the sciences
* Be able to teach Biology to GCSE and A-Level with confidence and creativity
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
* Be committed to the wider life of the school and the development of its students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
